Hi all
ARS 6.3, Hpux 11i, Oracle 10g.
After the upgrade from 5.1.2 to 6.3, I have noticed that when selecting
to Print a case from the HPD:Helpdesk form, the print dialogue box takes
10-15 seconds to appear. Previously it would display pretty much
straight away after selecting 'Print Case'. Our support agent states
that it is due to the 6.3 ODBC driver and there are no plans to change
this. I'm sceptical that there is no way forward for this.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Does anyone have any ideas how I
can fix this?
