I have seen several posts over the last year or two where people were trying to integrate with a couple of different phone systems using DDE. In those cases the desired behavior was the have the HelpDesk screen pop and populate with caller information.
The Remedy workflow side is easy - but the documentation on the command necessary to make Remedy act as a DDE server, accept a connection, and then run a macro (the only action possible if it acts as the DDE server) is about as clear as mud.
Has anyone ever gotten this to work? And if so would you mind sharing an example?
