Have you checked that the field is in the view (Form - Current View - Fields in View) in the Admin Tool? If it is, I've found on the odd occasion that the x-y coordinates of the field are beyond the form's view so I change them to 1,1 to bring the field to the top left corner and re-position it afterwards. HTH...

Reporting on Asset Records (ver 5.0), I see the field "Assigned-to(4)" in the Field List of the Report Properties dialog. Why can't I see that field, even in the Administrator view of the form (AST:Asset) in Remedy Administrator? Thanks for your time.
