Hi,

The wonderful documentation application "ARinside" worked for me from 01/10/05 to 12/29/05. Now when I try
to run this program.it looks like its getting all the information from my remedy server, but no .htm file is ever created. I also noticed that the links at the website http://system.devdor.net/ are no longer functional.

Any suggestions on how to fix/troublesoot this issue?

Thanks,
Suresh Mayampully

Verizon.

I do not know what happened to Stefan's site. I've been trying to contact him, but to no avail. :O

What version of ARInside are you using?

Thanks for the reply - the version of ARInside we use here is ARInside-Version 0.01.5. If you have this version installed, is your ARInside application still working? (I might be way off here, but just trying to make sure that I am not the only one with this problem.)
Thanks,
Suresh Mayampully.

I have version 0.02.2 installed, which is a bit more stable than yours, I believe. I don't seem to have the original .zip file handy, but I can try to bundle up the items for you, if you'd like to try it out...?

That would be very nice. Please let me know when it's available for me to download and test.

Thanks again,
Suresh.

No problem! I am sure that it was faster than the older version as well, right? He made quite a few improvements in the total time.

Enjoy,

Matt,
What exactly does ARInside do?

Thanks,
Dylan

PS: I'm having trouble logging on to the forum. I tried signing up but I got a message that says that that email address is already registered. Then I did the "forgot my password" process and it said that it didn't have that email address on file. Curious!

ARInside is a program that generates linked HTML pages that document your ARSystem workflow. It is fairly complete and accurate.

As far as your login goes, send me an e-mail (webmaster @ mattreinfeldt.com) with the e-mail address you attempted to register.

Thank you,
