I am having problems with the CI viewer running on ITSP 4/ARS 6.3 Patch 14/MS SQL/New Atlanta.

Error getting compiled page

There is a bug in the CI Viewer that comes with ITSP 4.0. You will need to
contact BMC for a patched version.
