I have a rather open ended question of how easy or difficult it is to integrate with Sharepoint portal webparts.

If anyone has implemented this please share your experience and the approach how can it be done.

We are just starting on a project to bring Remedy data to a SharePoint calendar. We're using 3rd party software - Sharepoint Lists Synchronizer. It is working well. Here is the link to their website. http://www.omnisys.co.il/sales/main.asp?lngCategoryid=1896.
