Hi list,

I am working on SLA6.3 on ARS6.0. During creating new SLA I am getting the error
'ARERR [382] The value(s) for this entry violate a unique index that has been defined for this form'.
I have created SLAs before but didn't face this error any time.
Can any one help me in providing the workaround for this case.

** In the Admin tool, look at the form you are trying to save to when you see this error. It will tell you which fields or combinations have a unique index that you are violating. Most likely, it is the Title/Name of the SLA it self.

This can also be caused by the Actions within a Milestone. You may need to review other field lengths to determine exact problem.
