The system will be down at Noon EST for up to two hours.
I will post when it is back up.

If this works okay, I will be doing another change at
4 p.m. EST and see how it goes. The system will be running
but might not be sending/receiving properly. If it works
correctly, it should in fact be faster.

If it is all still working on Jan 1, 2006, I'm happy
(I know, it doesn't take much to make me happy).
