I'm not aware of an out of box solution from Zenworks to Remedy. As of March 2004 Novell didn't have such a product. A Remedy consulting company EMS had worked with Novell to develop the integration to Remedy. The integration never completed because the Client ended the project. According to EMS, Zenworks to Remedy is one of the more difficult integrations, due to Novell's normalization of the data.
