Hi everyone,

I have two forms that have “Public” permission. “Submitter”
has change permissions to all the fields. Yet when I log in
as the “Submitter” and try to make a change I get:

“You do not have permission to change, modify or delete this
form. (ARERR 10000).”

We have been using this system for years, and a “Submitter”
with no other permissions used to be able to log in and make
changes.

We have upgraded to 6.3 a few months ago. Could that have
made any difference? I’ve tried restarting the Remedy server.
Or have I been mistaken all these years?

(ARS 6.3, HPUX 11 server, Oracle 9.2 db)
