This position is for a Systems integrator to support the REMEDY development team. The primary job duties are to support the MARS (Multi-Platform Action Response System) Help Desk client server application, and may be involved in the implementation of Remedy Service Desk 7.0. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the network communications issues, analysis and design, programming and support of the Action Request System (ARS). Candidate will work directly with customer, and must be able to work well in a team environment.
Minimum Skills: Expert knowledge of Remedy Action Request system (ARS) development environment
Experience with Remedy Service Desk v7.0 (Incident Mgmt, Problem Mgmt)
Experience with Remedy CMDB v1.0
Demonstrated experience in "C" programming in a Unix environment
Experience in Relational Databases (Sybase, Oracle, etc)
Experience with PC Operating systems, and Microsoft Office Applications
Desired Skills: Ability to attain Secret Clearance
Web Development: (JAVA, DHTML, XML, Active Server Pages (ASP) Frontpage)
Unix System internal skills
