Could someone please respond to this ASAP hopefully before monday. I have built a AR Server 6.0, installed migrator 6.0, user 6.0, admin 6.0, mid tier 6.0 all successfully. Now I am on my last install piece, helpdesk 4.0. I have licensed the server correctly. When I install the helpdesk, it goes thorugh nicely however I get to a point where it stops and says Installation of remedy applications requires an AR Server License. Please contact your sales person to receive a 30 day evalualtion license. I have the required license and licensed ther server through the admin tool successfully before installing helpdesk. Not sure what it needs. Any ideas. Please help.

Im not sure, but isn't there a separate license for the HelpDesk application (in addition to the ARServer itself) ???
