JOB:
A (permanent) Remedy Development Manager is required to join a vibrant team in London, UK. Please note that we would only be able to consider individuals who are eligible to work in the UK for this role.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Manage tactical and strategic development of all Remedy applications to support the growing needs of the company, managing priorities and schedules for delivery of all Remedy development work.
2. Advise on tactical and strategic operation of Remedy system(s)
3. Interface with middle/senior management and business analysts to ensure requirements are clearly understood and developed against
4. Guide, support and mentor junior developers
5. Ensure appropriate support is in place for all Remedy applications
6. Provide regular status updates and report on development progress to relevant parties
7. Work on and manage projects raised by Remedy Sponsors
8. Manage the delivery of all projects in the team and provide 2nd/3rd level support, when beyond the ability of the IS&S team.
9. Aid the training of the IS&S team to support 1st and 2nd line support issues
10. Document and liaise with training manager all changes to the system.
The position warrants that you have the following experience:
1. 5 years experience of working in/for a software/application development team
2. Minimum 3 years management of a small development team
3. Minimum of experience of 3 years administering and developing Remedy applications
4. Good working developer knowledge of Remedy ARS from min 5.0+
5. Good working knowledge of Mid Tier and DSO
6. At least 2 years experience with Crystal Reports (including version 9)
