Just a quick question to see if anyone has had any experience with Mercury
Interactive in an Application Change Management perspective? Or as they
refered to it as IT Governance? Any pros or cons?

I want to thank everyone that has responded on and off the list. This is a
bigger inititive than within Tyco Electronics. It is something that was
presented to Tyco International and is coming back down to us as an
Application Change Methodolgy.

This isn't about someone selling me a better mouse trap, it's about getting
information concerning the good, bad, and ugly of Mercury ITG. We were
presented a demo that looked impressive, contained nice graphics, lots of
data, etc. But something seemed to be missing and I can't quite put my
finger on it.

Any info from folks with hands on experience is what I really need at this
time.
