Important Note for Customers that have already received their copy of Remedy Change Management for the Enterprise 6.0 prior to February 21, 2005. There is a required patch available that must be applied to your Change Management application. Patch 1411 updates the Change Management Rollback feature of the Change Management for the Enterprise application. The patch addresses some incompatibilities of the Status Field values of the application.
