Neal,
Have them check the version of the JRE they are using. I had this problem recently and it was because I was running 1.3.x. When I updated it to 1.4.x the problem was resolved.
Hope this helps,
Scott

Subject: "No Menu to Display"
**
We currently have 3 users who are experiencing an error message that says "No Menu to Display" when they try and select something from a drop down while in Mid Tier. They are the only ones getting this error, and all permission rights are correct, and if they go through the client tool they don't get an error message. Does anybody have a clue as to what is happening with these users?
Thanks in advance,
Neal Miller
