Isn't this fun? I tried to download ARS6.3 and ended up with a smartcert for
6.01. I went back to the download page and found 6.3 wasn't listed anymore
(just 2 6.01 entries).

HD 6.0 and all the ITSM 6.0 apps should be out now according to Remedy's
main webpage. The SmartCert generated from Upgrade Central when you select
HD 6.0 (or CM/AM/SLA 6.0) only shows 5.6 though.

Support should be aware of the problem as I have a ticket open with them and
was told an FTP site would be created for us...still waiting however.

No, I tried yesterday. I think the confusion is that HD 5.6 is the version
for ARS 6.0, rather than being HD 6.0, which I believe will be out late this
week or next week.
