gangjir newbie Registered: 03/09/05 Posts: 10	Hi Listers, I have ended up in a situation where all my reports created with CR 9 are giving me the "Crystal Query Engine" error. I am using the Windows User Tool to run these report (User Tool 5.1.2 patch 1340). These reports used to run with User Tool 5.1.2 (no patch) but then I was confronted with the fact that the out-of-the-box ITSM CR were not running on that User Tool version. And now with the patched user tool, the ITSM reports are running but my newer reports are not. I tried to check and uncheck the "Use Undescores" preference that was introduced in the patched user tool but to no avail. Any help to get this issue resolved will be much appreciated!!
