Remedy Supportweb only lists about 28 issues total for AR System 6.3. The
Release Notes has 60 pages (one being a duplicated page) of Open Issues.
Depending on your environment some of these can be show stoppers. One such
as the Remedy User client crashing if you exit an Application. The part that
bothers me is that most of the issues in the Release Notes have no reference
on the Remedy Supportweb Product Defect section, or any other section. I
have tried even searching by Bug Id without results. I for one would prefer
to see everything listed in the Release Notes listed on the Product Defect.
That way I can monitor bug resolution and determine when the upgrade becomes
less of a risk.
Another interesting note is the Bugs fixed list in the Release Notes is only
10 pages long. So they generated 6 times more bugs than they resolved with
this release?

I found those on the web site yesterday - there were about 15-20 open
issues, a though there were a few that were significant, though I don't know
that I would call any of them showstoppers.

I'm looking at the release notes for 6.3, but not finding the listing of
Solved Issues / Open Issues that used to be included -- it refers to the
SupportWeb.Remedy.COm website, but I didn't get and info there either (it
may be that I just ran out of patience trying to navigate through all the
java pages that seem to crash about every other click and are painfully
slow when they don't crash). Any chance for a nice, neat PDF file that
would contain the Issues information?
