I am trying to install ITSP 3.1 on ARS 6.0 on Windows with MS Sql 2000 as the database.

Installation of IT for Service Provider( ITSP), is importing forms, escalation , filters, active links etc.

In the log files the following error is coming :

AR System server blrkec13411 : RPC: Miscellaneous tli error - System error (Connection refused) (ARERR 90).

Has anybody faced this issues, what is the working around... What could be the cause of this error.

I am not using the port mapper service.
