First, let me repeat that I am working with the windows
version of ARSDoc.
Following some off-line advice from Jarl I manually entered
the command:
set ARTCPPORT=64947
and then ran ARSDoc, and got the right info!
Now I have to remember to run my test system second, or
reset ARTCPPORT back to NULL before runing the production
report.
