Lars,

what you could do, is to store the attachments in a designated attachment form, where each record holds one attachment. (e.g. HPD:Attachments). You could add some submit workflow for your incoming mailbox to push the Email attachments to this attachment form.(unless you let them stay in the Email attachments form, but I would not recommend that.) You would then display these HPD:Attachment entries in a table field on your helpdesk form and add active links to retrieve them from there. I don't know if you've used them, but if you take a look at the run process actions PERFORM-ACTION-ADD/SAVE/OPEN/DELETE-ATTACHMENT, you will find the answer there.

I have used this, and it works fine for the WUT. As for mid-tier, you might experience some unpredicted behavior with the run process actions. In case you are not aware of it, you also will need to go through the Email associations form to find which attachments are for which Email Message.

I don't think you have any possibilities defining an attachment pool that is able to hold a random number of attachments.

Cheers,
Hågen
