We are about to embark on a major SLA initiative and I want to know how
anyone has built or coded a monitoring/management view to allow Service
Owners to manage there queues/groups.
Basically a view that shows tickets breaking SLA in the next 60mins, 4
hours, 24 hours etc. and color coding based on the priority or status.
Flashboards are an option but the performance hit is too great for us to
consider this
