What data are you using in Region, Site and Department (RSD) fields in your
Remedy configuration? For example, are you using countries for the Region?
Or are you using cities in the Region field?

I think all this probably depends highly on the kind of organisation
you're working in.

For my last employer, a regional police force, in the Region fields
there were city names.
At the moment I work for a company which does outsourcing for multiple
other company's so we've renamed the Region field to Company name
(multiple customer setup).

If you're a local company it would not make sense to enter country
names in there.

In the Region field we have City
Site field we have Street address
Department field we have a Unique Vendor Site Number auto
populated from the City, Street fields

BTW - has anybody extended this to multiple levels (other than 3) and has
anybody extended this to variable levels - and if so can you give an
estimate of level of effort - and has it been a valuable change or not.
