My qualification works fine when selecting Create Time field: ('Create
Time' >= ")
I pass the database name and not the label name of the field.
In the Crystal reports Field Explorer/Database Fields for HPDHelpDesk, the
field is defined as CreateTime. Crystal reports puts in an underscore for
spaces and hyphens, I think for periods as well, and of course for
underscores.

So I have the label Status-History Closed.TIME that I'm trying to pass to
the external qualification for a Cyrstal Report. I don't know the proper
database name. I've tried 'StatusHistoryClosedTIME' and 'Status-
History.Closed Time' with no luck.

Do you happen to know what the data base name should be for the external
qualification?
