Clearance and Bachelor's degree.

Position Description


Provide Remedy Action Request System consulting and development support to
federal agency help desks.

Person should have experience doing requirements analysis, design,
development, and maintenance of COTS and developed help desk systems.

Maintain and expand client relationships through delivery of high quality
work.





Qualifications


Functional/Industry Knowledge:
-Experience with developing and deploying Remedy Help Desk Solutions

-Knowledge of the Remedy Action Request System, including help desk, change
management, and asset management
-Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
-Possession of excellent consulting and troubleshooting skills



Education
Bachelor's degree is required



Clearance
Secret clearance is required.
