Hi Folks!

I have a new test server and am set up as such:

MS Server 2000
MS Exchange 2000
MS SQL 2000
AR System 6.0
HPD 5.6
Email 5.2? (latest release)

I am actually now able to receive email into the Remedy form, and get logged
in to the Exchange Server, but no ticket is being created.

I have found that the KB articles state that Outlook 2003 will not work with
the Email Engine. And since I have no errors, I assume that my ticket will
never be parsed. But as far as the workflow is concerned, it has done
everything.....

Any ideas before I delete Outlook 2003 and use either XP pro or 97?

Thank You,

Chris Doble

Use Outlook 2000. You three 2000's on the board already. Seems to be the
targeted version.
