Just set the Escalation's Run If Qualification to:
'Status' != "New"
If you want to delete anything not New
All records where the Status is not New will be deleted when the escalation
runs. You could do the same for a Filter to have it run on a Modify or some
other User-defined action.

Since my users don't have permissions for deleting records...........
I will be using escalations... as such I won't know the Record IDs to
delete..
I want to simply delete all the entries where the 'Status' != "New"
What would my Run Process look like?
