I have some colleagues who are hoping to produce reports out of Remedy
data, using Actuate.

Is there a database schema I can distribute? I am certain that reporting
on the contents the Oracle database itself will be useless.. but the view
of Remedy (via ODBC) is much more intelligible.

Any suggestion on how I should present the database to these report writers?

To be honest.. I am a little concerned these reports might impact the
performance of Remedy (which in our environment is quite good).

Also.. I want to confirm that the ODBC connection to remedy is READ ONLY....
