How escalation gets fired,we are trying to do it but not getting any result.

I think u faces the problem because u not save u escalation.first make a escalation and then save it then u got remedy form u problem.

me problem understand not....

If you want to run the escllation immedialtlly,
You should be sure of the following:
1- Be sure the escallations are not disabled on the server from the admin tool.
2- The run if action is blank or met your requirment.(if the run if is valid, then the escallation effect should be in the requests that meet you qulification only)
3- The Execution Time Crtiria is "Interval" with nay value (i.e, 1 minute.)
If you do that and submit, the escallation fired at the moment of submittion,
To Check if the escallation is working fine, go and enable the escallation logs from the admin tool and moniter the file.
