I'm unable to execute a search or to create a report using the report creator form. I succeed in opening it but when I try to execute a search on it I get the following error message: ARERR [8939] The AR System Plug-In server is not responding. Cannot connect to the system at this time.
Contact your AR System Administrator for assistance.: RPC: Timed out.
When I try to create a new report I get a time out error.

If I check the report creator form properties I find ARSYS.ARDBC.REPORT as the vendor name.

My Ars Remedy server version is 6.00.01 and I get the same problems in two installations: one on Windows 2000 with SQL Server 2000 and another one on Windows 2000 with Oracle 8.1.7
