Hi All,
We're running Remedy 5.1.2, HD, CHG and AST 5.5 with customisations. We're currently looking at providing a lotus notes front end for our business users to be able to log calls.
I haven't really done anything like this before, and was hoping someone would have some idea's on where to start. I have someone else to do the notes work, I just would like an idea on what exactly I do with what they produce...
