AR Remedy v 5.0

Hi all,
I have a little problem here. A year ago, i created one view table based on oracle DB Link. It working fine until somebody change the Request ID field to more than 15 characters. I am notice that Request ID field cannot contain more than 15 characters.Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem.
