Hi,
I installed AR System 6.0 server on a XP system, and I also installed the corresponding mid-tier on a Windows 2000 system where also resides my web server (Websphere 5.0.2).
I followed all the instruction in order to deploy AR System application on websphere (war file, etc.) and managed to open the mid-tier config tool with success.
Now, I try to open a form by the browser and get the following error:
ARERR [9268] that means "Problem opening form in Direct Access.". But I checked all the parameters and they're right. Moreover I'm not trying to open new forms, but I'm trying to open normal ar system forms (i.e. User, Groups, and so on).
I also tried to update cache from the config tool or to save the forms again but I got the same result.
Could be useful to say that I already made an installation of Remedy 6.0 + mid-tier on xp but using IIS and all worked fine

Can please anyone help me?
