Is there a way through workflow to refresh an attachment field?

I have a number of html email templates that have been (and will be in the future) updated. Right now, I have to go to each record in AR System Email Templates form, delete the existing attachment field, then re-add the same one (that was modified), and then click Save.

I would like to be able to use a filter or active-link to let Remedy refresh/re-read the modifed file.
