Is it possible to setup a default header and footer for outgoing email html templates, and also include formatted content?

What we are looking to do is have default header/footer for all fitlers and also be able to display data fields formatted in the body of the email. For example, the body of the outgoing email for one filter would be formatted in an html table layout, and another filter would have the body of the email shown as paragraph style with differing fonts and possibly bold and underline on some fields.

Can Remedy do this?
