Out of the 4+ years of development experience, 2+ years of recent heavy Remedy Action Request development experience.
Proficient with PL/SQL or SQL
Demonstrated experience developing quality solutions on-time
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations and environments
Experience with WebMethods or similar enterprise application integration package a plus

Experience with applications running on Oracle databases (versions 8.x and higher) a plus

I have not yet tested them to see if they have flexibility on the base but have been told they are looking in the 70-80k range. Don't have the hourly numbers yet.
