Can anyone tell me how long Remedy ARS 6.0 has been out?

Thanks!

Subject: SQL error with AR Import tool...

**
I'm trying to import the following data from a .csv file into the Helpdesk (5.0) Change form:

Change ID mapped to Change ID
Est. Cost mapped to Est. Cost (real number field) (The .csv data for this column is formatted as a general number. A few numbers have a decimal, most do not, and have no other formatting.)
Funding Description mapped to a char field of the same name

I have about 3 thousand records, and over 1000 records fail to import due to the following error (from the import log):

Failure during SQL operation to the database -- the statement has been terminated. Cannot insert the value NULL into column C8, table 'ARSystem.dbo.T342'; column does not allow nulls. Insert fails. (SQL Server 515) (ARERR 552)

I have access to SQL Enterprise Manager, but no access to a dba to determine which field is represented by C8 (I'm just assuming that T342 is the CHG form). I checked the ARERR 552 error, which talks about transaction log space (or the lack thereof). Checking the transaction log properties, I found that they are configued to grow automatically by 10% with unrestricted file growth.

Could anyone direct me to a possible reason for the failure?

Thanks in advance

Rick
