I created a form in order to automatically deploy it in the Mid Tier. I followed the instructions in the remedy handbook.
When I try to open it for the first time using the command:
http://<host>/arsys/servlet/ViewFo...lt;arserver> I get the following message: ARERR [9268] Problem opening form in Direct Access.
I checked all the informations (form web alias, server name, web view alias, etc.) and everything is ok.
Can anyone help me?
