Display only form and then Active links on the menyrow which opens forms.
You can have helptext, and give better names - it will be easier for the
users to understand.
We also have one tablefield on this form - open tickets for the user who has
logged in.

If you want to save users the trouble of opening up forms through the "begin
a task" then you can create an application. Just associate the forms you
want to use with the application then create a shortcut on the desktop to
the application.

or

The Helpdesk application uses a control panel, it basically has a table on
the right hand side that displays the user's open cases, and on the left
hand side it has 4 buttons to "New Request", "Search for Request",
"Reporting" etc...
