Does anyone have any experience in getting data that resides in an
external database other than Remedy. I know I can use a Direct SQL
statement from an active link or a filter to populate up to 10 fields
with a value for a record but I'd also like to populate a column in
Table Field using SQL. According to the Admin doco- vol 1, pp 9-48, the
only way that I would think I could do it using a Filter and Set Field
Action is not supported.

Using 4.0.1 and Oracle

Any ideas or suggestions,
Thanks in advance
