Hi,

I am currently using ARWEB 4.0 with ARS 4.5.2.

Upon logging into ARWEB 4.0, Change Request Form the view
is distorted. All fields are in their appropriate line, but each line
is now double-spaced. This is the only form having this problem.

Admin Tool (Support View) for Change Request Form is ok.
Deleted CACHE from the ARWEB server, but problem still occurs.

Anyone who can provide assistance would be greatly appreciated.
