Hi
On some of our computers in the RCA field when we click on start/date time or end/date time it comes up as 12.00 and we have to manually enter the time.. on other machines the time is filled in when you click on the tab

Is there any possibility that we can restrict the type of the file being uploaded to the attachment field?
For ex, I want to restrict the user from uploading the .docx format files.

Ver 7.1 ITSM.
We require to pull data from the HPD helpdesk form and export to a .csv file on a shared folder.
Wish to know what are the ways of doing this. Can anybody please provide some details.
I am not sure if this can be achived by using runmacro over commandline with Parameters and what will be the performance if it needs to be done every 5 mins.
Is there any way we can achive this without hitting the peformance.

Hi Al,
I m facing problem with incoming emails. Mymailbox is configured correctly i m able to send emials from remedy , but not able to recieve emails.
Following is ther error which i got while i treid sending emails from outlook to Remedy. Also found that mails which are sent to remdy user account are present in that account mailbox wen i checked from outlook.
Command is not valid in this state.
